    • How to apologize to your kids, forgive yourself, & reconnect with God

ADVANCED COURSE

  • Lesson 5: Managing the Sparks: Control
    • How to focus on what you can control & let go of the things you can’t
  • Lesson 6: Managing the Sparks: Boundaries [included in Advanced]
    • How to stop the extremes of giving ultimatums or being a kid-pleaser & start setting virtuous boundaries out of love
